We have taken our cars to Fenney automotive for years. They are excellent and honest. They only do what needs to be done and are very reasonable in terms of pricing. We only trust them to work on our cars.

I found out about Feeney Automotive through a friend and musician about 20 years ago. Being a woman I needed a mechanic I could trust so I would not be taking advantage of. He introduced me to Frank Feeney and any staff member there. I could immediately tell they were trustworthy and to take my car to them. I moved farther away to South Scottsdale and they are in North Phoenix. They are worth the drive because they are trustworthy, competent, and engaging when you want an explanation or actually shown what is wrong with your car. They take the time to listen.

I've taken two vehicles to Feeney's so far, and will do so again. The staff is always pleasant and professional, and it always feels like they genuinely want to give me the best service possible. Efficient inspections, frequent communication/status updates, and above-and-beyond service. Additionally, I haven't been the most responsible owner, but I didn't feel like I was being judged when asked about my oil and low tires (haha!). This most recent time, a rodent chewed through some wiring - down to the nub. I was able to get in the next day, and got an update within 2 hours. They knew what part was needed and when the dealer wanted to charge $1,200 for it, they called around and sourced the part locally. I was able to pick up my car that SAME DAY. Such excellent service and peace of mind knowing I'm being taken care of. Having to get car work done is never fun, so why not go somewhere you know you'll be taken care of competently and professionally? Thank you to the team at Feeney for always making me feel well taken care of.

I recently had my AC serviced, and it was overall a great experience. Benny communicated with updates, and was very patient dealing with my "extended service" plan. He even let me know I needed to register my car, those small things make a huge impact on customer experience! Got my car back in less then 3 business days (not including weekends as they are closed) which was much faster than I expected and AC is running great again. Will absolutely be coming back if any other issues ever come up.

Great experience!! Benny's at the front desk&he's beyond helpful&has tons of patience as I've watched him organize all the work orders,deliveries &customers&mechanics. Benny's clearly the heartbeat of this shop keeping things running smoothly! Patrick fixed my tire &did my oil change. My son &his friends bring their cars here ,the prices are reasonable &the employees seem knowledgable. Im glad my son told me about this place. I recommend Feeneys Automotive to anyone looking for a reliable auto shop that's not ripping people off.
